Régis a voyagé, puis il est rentré au village. Ici il dessine une vie en accord avec ses principes: résilience, constructions visant l'autonomie énergétique, ... Il a anticipé son installation au maximum, pour ne plus intervenir sur les parcelles par la suite. Le jardin commence à fonctionner commercialement en 2020, mais a dû stopper son activité en 2024 du fait d'un déficit trop important. Régis a repris un emploi à 100% à côté, mais continue à entretenir le jardin et à faire fonctionner la pépinière.
Régis a racheté la parcelle familiale en 2019 et a réfléchi à son Design en fonction des contraintes du lieu : une grande bande de 220m de long sur 66m de large. Sans aucune mécanisation.
